Yikes, it's summer!

Blur, blur, blur the last days of May flew by and welcomed June. June has been a whirlwind too- we have been busy finishing up Nico's last days at his second preschool. He is all set to attend a new school in the fall- we are SO looking forward to that change. Nico celebrated his cousin's graduation from the lower school, went to a jazz festival, spent some time with his Auntie J, went on a roadtrip to Rehobeth, DE and tomorrow he heads to Florida to hang with his grandparents. Just flying by indeed.

It's hard being a boy

On Mother's Day. Nico really wanted Mother's Day to be all about him and his Daddy. He just could not imagine how they would only be celebrating ME. Go figure! Anyway we had a great day he made me a nice little canvas and they left me alone for  a little me time. That was really the best. They also got me an iphone so I think the fellas did a good job. I don't think I did well convincing him that it wasn't boys day though.

Belated Spring Pics

Nico had a festive holiday weekend. He looked spiffy and he was given more than his share of goodies...thanks Auntie Jamie!

During Spring Break we celebrated Easter, went to a farm, looked for Easter eggs in a hunt and dyed eggs with family. Fun was certainly abundant!

Nico is still loving reading about animals, snuggling with his Daddy at bedtime, being the cooker-man, pouting when he is mad/sad etc, running from the phone and finding his way to his Momma in the middle of the night.
