Sick Baby is Getting Better

Ok, last week was a nightmare week for Nico. He was teething and it seemed like it was giving him the blues. But then things took a turn for the worse. N had a fever that was super high and the doctor suggested that it may be something really wrong and she was right. The diagnosis was double ear infection, roseola (some virus that causes a rash) and conjunctivitis. Sick baby. Lucky for us he started feeling better the first day on antibiotics and he is certainly on the way to his old self. Ugh, I wish this wasn't happening while he was obviously getting his molars so I would have been more alarmed and gotten him in to the doctor sooner. Oh well, I know for next time. I will say that short of being uber-clingy and very tired he wasn't a crying cranky mess. Yay! Anyway, I would not let the mere fact that my little one is sick keep me from taking pictures and because we are such a great team he wouldn't let his illness keep him from posing :)
